My teaching philosophy is to stay tender. I believe that we must remain gentle with ourselves and always be kind to the world around us, especially through the lens of artistry. I believe that art education is not just about teaching our students techniques but rather encourages them to think critically, develop a deep appreciation for art and the artist's role in society, and to always ensure they express themselves creatively. The purpose of education is to foster an environment where students are excited to learn new things, encourage both creative and critical thinking skills, as well as promote ways for them to continuously remain inspired by their peers and the world around them.​
